We work with hundreds of events across many sectors, both in Italy and abroad. We can train our algorithm to recognize objects and deliver high-quality, authentic content to all participants. This turns every event into a moment to be fully experienced.

Can I work with Vivilo if I already have my own photographers?

Certainly. We can easily integrate with your existing team. You produce quality content, and we upload it to our platform to complete the sales process. You get the same quality you're used to, with the flexibility and premium user experience that every event participant wants.

How does the white-label customization work?

Our platform is a white-label solution designed for total customization: it will feature your logo, your font, and your brand colors. We can further embed the link landing page or the platform itself into your website to ensure 100% integration with your brand.

What specific data can I monitor on the dashboard?

Your personalized dashboard will keep data constantly updated to provide you with a clear view of sales performance and participant behavior at your event.

How is participant privacy handled?

Data security is our top priority. All data is encrypted and handled according to high protection standards. Vivilo complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 certification, an international standard that ensures information security and compliance with privacy regulations.

How long until I can see my content?

All photos and videos are processed within 12 hours of the event's conclusion. Once they are available, you will receive an email notifying you that your content is ready for purchase.

How do I access my content?

Once you receive the email confirming that your photos and videos are ready, click the link provided. Upload a photo where your face / vehicle / race number (depending on the type of event) is clearly visible, enter your email, and the magic will begin in seconds!

I can't find my photos and videos.

Our algorithm is very accurate, and it is rare for it to fail to correctly identify content. If this happens, you will likely need to upload a new, high-quality photo where your face (or the object we are recognizing for that event) is clearly visible, or a photo of yourself taken on the day of the event. We recommend that the selfie shows only you, without other people nearby or in the background.

I haven't received the purchase confirmation email and/or my personalized video reel.

Sometimes our email mayight be mistakenly moved to your spam or promotions folder. We recommend checking there, or alternatively, go to app.vivilo.ai and enter your email to find all your content.
